Nothing like trying out the unknown… a couple of seascapes for family. The one above is inspired by a Bainbridge wreck that’s propped up on a nearby beach. Its surroundings, though, are entirely from my head… it would have to be an exceptional day indeed to get those hues out here in the PNW.
This little one below is a take on a scene from our ferry. Returning from dropping my son off at the airport for winter break, I saw the one, lone, lit up Christmas tree through the drizzle and the wet window pane of the ferry. Such a display of defiant joy!
