Inspiration

Here’s a recent piece of my little niece Lizzie from Danang, Vietnam, in one of her father’s favorite places… The Thanh Ha Pottery museum near Hoi An.  Again, stretching my comfort zone…full body human with lots of straight lines around her…full on torture for her aunt.  I’m fine with organic forms, but anything straight…well, there’s no bend left for me to go around, so to speak.  Much love to my Vietnam contingent, and especially to my darling niece and nephew, so far away.
